This fragrance oil is skin safe.   Use it in scented soy candles, scented wax tablets, soy melts, and linen sprays.

How to Use in Soy Wax

Candle Deli’s soy wax melts at 50°C.   Heat the fragrance oil as little as possible.  Melt your wax first, then add the fragrance oil.  Stir for approximately 2 minutes.

This premium fragrance will develop in your candle over time.  Give it at least 48 hours, ideally up to 2 weeks for optimal fragrance development.   We recommend dosage rates of 2% by weight, which is roughly 1 tablespoon per kg wax.

• Use 2 – 5% by weight in soy wax candles and wax tablets

What does “5% by weight” mean?  It means that weight is the unit of measure and not volume.  What does that mean?  The soy wax is weighed and the fragrance oil is weighed.    You would use 52g of fragrance oil in 1kg soy wax.

Can Oud Fragrance Oil be Used in Reed Diffusers?

Oud fragrance oil will be effective/diffusive in reed diffusers.  Use at least 20 – 22% of this fragrance oil with 78% alcohol  96° with no water addition (or as little water as possible) to keep the solution crystal-clear.  Check the stability.
